Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellations across all Craft and Press offerings. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below. This policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
1. One-Time Setup Fees (Starter, Growth, E-Commerce Setup)
Our package setup fees ($299 Starter, $599 Growth, $799 E-Commerce Setup) cover discovery, design direction, and project kickoff.
- Full refund if you request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase AND no design call has yet taken place.
- Non-refundable after the design call has been scheduled or held, or after design work has begun, whichever comes first.
- To request a refund within the eligible window, email contact@craft-and-press.com with your order confirmation. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
2. Production Charges (Per-Order Invoices)
Production is invoiced separately from setup fees. Because every order is custom-made to your specifications, the following applies:
- Custom-printed and embroidered items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
- If items arrive defective, damaged in shipping, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will reprint, replace, or refund the affected items at our discretion.
- Color variations within commercial tolerance, slight placement variations, and differences attributable to monitor calibration are not considered defects.
3. E-Commerce Store Management Subscription ($299/month)
The optional monthly management subscription (offered with the E-Commerce Store Setup package) is governed by the following terms:
- Free 30-day trial. No charge during the trial period. The first $299 charge occurs the day after the trial ends.
- Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect immediately upon request. We do not require advance notice.
- No proration or partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing month. You retain access to managed-store services through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- How to cancel: email contact@craft-and-press.com with the subject line "Cancel subscription." We confirm cancellation in writing within one business day. A self-serve cancellation portal is rolling out soon.
4. Revenue-Share Tier (E-Commerce Split)
The E-Commerce Setup (Revenue Split) package carries a 12-month minimum commitment as disclosed at purchase. Early termination during the minimum term is subject to the terms accepted at checkout. The $250/month floor and 40% revenue share continue to apply through the minimum term.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback โ most issues are resolved quickly by email. Filing a chargeback for a charge that falls outside this policy may result in suspension of services and recovery of any associated fees.
